Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism Policy: The Social Science and Humanities Journal (SSHJ) is committed to promoting original and high-quality research in the field of social sciences and humanities. To maintain the integrity of our journal, we have a strict policy against plagiarism.
Plagiarism is defined as the use of another person's work, including text, images, or data, without proper attribution or permission. This includes direct copying, paraphrasing without proper citation, and submission of someone else's work as one's own.
All articles submitted to SSHJ undergo a rigorous peer-review process and are checked for plagiarism using software and other methods. If plagiarism is detected, the article will be immediately rejected and the authors will be notified of the violation.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is original and free of plagiarism. They should properly cite all sources used in their research and obtain permission to use any copyrighted material.
We take plagiarism very seriously and will take appropriate action against authors who engage in this unethical behavior, including but not limited to:
- Rejection of the article
- Publication of a correction or retraction of the article
- Blacklisting the authors from future submissions to SSHJ
By submitting an article to SSHJ, authors are agreeing to comply with this plagiarism policy and to submit original work. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our journal and promoting high-quality research in the field of social sciences and humanities.
