The Social Science and Humanities Journal (SSHJ) operates on a double-blind peer-review system to ensure the quality and integrity of the research published in our journal.

All articles submitted to SSHJ undergo a thorough peer-review process, in which two or more independent experts in the field evaluate the quality and originality of the research. The peer-review process is designed to ensure that only the best and most relevant research is published in our journal.

The peer-review process typically takes 4-6 weeks and involves the following steps:

  1. Initial Screening: The SSHJ editorial team will conduct an initial screening of all submissions to ensure that they meet the basic criteria for publication, including relevance to the field of social sciences and humanities and compliance with the SSHJ plagiarism policy.

  2. Peer Review: Once the article has passed the initial screening, it will be sent to two or more independent experts in the field for peer review. The peer reviewers will provide their recommendations and comments on the quality and originality of the research.

  3. Editorial Decision: Based on the peer reviewers' recommendations, the SSHJ editorial team will make a final decision on the publication of the article. The authors will be notified of the decision and given the opportunity to revise their work based on the peer reviewers' comments.

  4. Final Review: After revisions have been made, the SSHJ editorial team will conduct a final review of the article to ensure that it meets the standards for publication in our journal.

The SSHJ peer-review process is designed to ensure that only the highest quality research is published in our journal. We are committed to promoting excellence in research and fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and exchange of ideas in the field of social sciences and humanities.
