Abstract
Implementing grassroots democracy plays a particularly important role. Implementing grassroots democracy in our country is first and foremost to realize gradually and firmly in real life the right to democracy, to be the owner and master of nature, society and oneself. recognized and guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the State of Vietnam. Implementing grassroots democracy improves the operational efficiency of the political system at the grassroots. Not only that, implementing grassroots democracy is also a path, a method, and a particularly important internal force to exploit and promote all the people's potential, to promote socio-economic development. country. Implementing and promoting the right to mastery of all people in all areas of social life, from economics, politics to culture, will not only reflect the level of development of democracy in Vietnam, but more importantly – it is also one of the driving forces to promote sustainable socio-economic development of the region.
